stupid dumb idiot rules

so, since i put my site on neocities, i have been forgetting whether i have made updates on neocities's editor or in notepad, and when i do remember which one i last used for which page, i can never remember what parts i changed to copy to the other editor. and this is obviously blew up in my face when i accidentally deleted about 50 links from my stables page!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IM FEELING FINE ABOUT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

so here are my new self-imposed stupid dumb idiot rules for stupid dumb idiots

1. Only ever edit code in notepad


2. Code from all pages in notepad will get copied to neocities only once a week at most (so if i do something fucking dumb again i can still have an "older version" alive


3. No more saving changes to html files without first checking that any new files are uploaded to catbox and linked in the html file. NEOCITIES CANT DO FILEPATHS NERD


4. Check notepad pages in firefox next to neocities pages to make sure you don't delete anything important when you replace the neocities file!!!
